Stacey Namaste Designs are created by Stacey, an educator and certified yoga instructor with specialization in trauma informed yoga. Knitting is therapeutic, and her designs embody yogic principles of mind-body connection and choice. I often use non-solid color yarn for interest, but upon closer inspection, details of the patterns emerge. You can choose any yarn, any weight, that you’d like!
