Stephanie Davies
I learned how to crochet when I was 10 and most of my knowledge is self taught. I started designing patterns in 2011, focussing originally on amigurumi toys, decorations and storage baskets. After gaining more confidence I began designing shawls which is where my passion lies.
In South Africa I designed a number of patterns for Vinnis Colours Yarn as well as the popular women’s magazine Your Family. I also have a number of self published patterns.
Over the past few years I have started to incorporate Tunisian short row crochet into my designs.
I usually cater to intermediate crocheters and my patterns are always left handed friendly, since I am left handed myself.
I use the ‘pay what you can’ structure, which means that you can decide what you can afford to pay.
If you still cannot afford one of my designs please contact me thiscreativelifeofmine@gmail.com
