I love the thought process from idea to finished project and I really, really love the brain power it takes to turn one size into 6 or 7 sizes in a finished pattern. I know that sounds a little geeky but I don’t mind - many of my friends are engineers, programmers or mathematicians and most are gamers. So I’m in good company!

When I’m not designing or knitting, I raise two teens. We travel whenever we can manage it. And approximately a million years ago my husband and I were Peace Corps volunteers in West Africa.
