I am a Canadian, originally from Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia. In 1999 I met my husband and moved to The Netherlands. We married in 2000 and relocated to France in 2016 where we currently live in the south near Montpellier.

I first learned to knit and crochet at a young age but it was never more than a temporary obsession during the winter, until a few years ago when I picked it up again during a stressful time in my life.

In 2014 I started doing sample knitting and eventually moved on to my own designs, which has been a very challenging and rewarding experience. I want everyone to enjoy knitting as much as I do and hope that in some small way, through my designs, I can be a part of their knitting journey.

When I’m not designing and knitting, I enjoy other crafts like quilting, cross stitch, spinning and experimenting with dyeing fiber. I also love photography, faffing about on the internet and binge watching shows on Netflix.
