These are fun little projects that can give you wonderful practice for making the increases and decreases in your knitting. They could easily be made into a variety of items. A scarf by lengthening one of them, or an afghan or shawl by putting them together with the other squares in the bundle. One creative knitter combined the squares to make a vest. The sky is the limit. It is not just a wash cloth anymore.

The finished size is 9.5 inches square per cloth.

Your favorite solid-colored worsted cotton will work to knit a washcloth.
