I love encouraging knitters to reach and try new techniques so I provide free support for all my patterns. I really want your knitting experience to be pleasant, and exciting. And, it’s truly a pleasure for me to hear from my customers and see pics of their finished projects! I also feel good that I’m continuing a tradition that my grandmother taught me so, I named my shop after her “Viola” and me “Sue”!
