24 inch circular needles sizes 7 and 5; 16 inch circular needle size 7; double point needles sizes 7 and 5 or sizes required to get the gauge.
Scrap yarn, stitch markers, ⅝ to ¾ inch buttons (4 to 6), safety pins.

Gauge- using the larger size needles in stockinette st,
18 sts equal 4 inches.
