This pattern has been published in German in a print magazine in 2011, which is out of print now, as can be seen by the little “out of print” symbol next to the source name.

If you find it online, in “poor English” or in “low resolution” (or both), please be advised that those are illegal copies/scans/translations, and neither Ravelry nor the German publisher can help you with that.
