The cardigan is for a 8/9 year old girl.

The main body of the cardigan is worked with 7 skeins of Lana Grossa Verde (e.g. 2-Aubergine). The collar and edgings are knitted on to the garment with 2 skeins Lana Grossa Oggi (e.g. 20-Violet)
2 skeins Lana Grossa Verde in e.g. 1-Dark Red and 2 skeins Lana Grossa Verde e.g. 11-Grey are needed for the embroidered roses.

The roses are stitched on to the yoke panel after finishing the garment.

You will also need 6 buttons of your choosing and 6 snap fasteners. The buttons are used to cover the snap fasteners.

Additional gauges are as follows:

-Pattern worked with yarn overs which are dropped and carried to be incorporated into cable three rows above: 16 sts/ 24r = 10cm
-Cable pattern: 19sts/25 rows = 10 cm

Crochet panels are worked to edge the pockets.
