MATERIALS AND TOOLS

Vita Coco yarn (100% mercerized cotton; 2400 m/50 g) or any other cotton or microfiber yarn of the following colors:
-pink - the color of the body. I used YarnArt ANGORA RAM (40% mohair, 60% acrylic, 500 m/100 g) color 204
Vita Coco, white (3851) - to make the dress
Vita Coco, dark-brown (4306) - to make the hooves
Vita Coco, light-brown (3889) - to make the shoes
Vita Coco, yellow (3863) - to make the belt, harp, and to adorn the dress
Vita Coco, dark-green (4327) - to make the wreath
You only need leftovers of each color yarn. This project can be a perfect way to use leftovers of yarn you have.
To make the eye whites you can use embroidery thread, Iris yarn or Vita Pelican of white color - you need just a leftover of this yarn.

• yarn to make hair. I used Alize Diva, color 368
• yarn to make wings. I used Kamteks Khlopok Travka of white color. You can also use Paris Nako or any white mohair yarn.

• embroidery thread of black color to embroider the muzzle and the strings of the harp
• 8 mm toy eyes or beads
• transparent glue (if you want to glue the eyes on instead of sewing them on).
• two tiny beads to fix the bridge of the harp.
• 1.0-1.5 mm copper wire - approx. 1 m. You can buy this wire in a craft shop, but I suggest buying it in an electronic goods store. There you can buy a 31.5 cord. Before buying the cord, make sure that the wire inside it is whole and does not consist of several thin wires. With a paper knife, remove the insulation.
• a piece of plastic card to make the soles of the shoes
• fabric plaster
• stuffing polyester
• strong thread to join the parts of the toy

TOOLS:

• 1.25 mm crochet hook (the size of the hook depends on the yarn you use). 1 mm crochet hook to make the eye whites
• wire cutter
• scissors
• black permanent marker or a ballpoint pen (to draw nostrils instead of embroidering them)
