MATERIALS AND TOOLS
Hedgehog
❖ Yarn: Angora Real 40 Solids by Alize, Lace / 2 ply, 528 yards (483 meters) Per 100 grams (3.53 ounces), 60% Manufactured Fibers – Acrylic, 40% Wool – 15 g to make the body (67, beige)
❖ Yarn: YarnArt Samba, Bulky/ 12 ply (7 wpi), Eyelash; 164 yards (150 meters) per 100 grams (3.53 ounces), 100% polyester; - gray – 1/4 ball
❖ Strong acrylic thread to join the parts and do sculpting. This thread should be thinner than the main yarn and match the color of the main yarn
❖ Tapestry needle
❖ Wadding polyester
❖ Eyes: 4-mm beads or ready toy eyes
❖ Nose: ready toy nose or made of modeling clay
❖ Modeling clay: black, to make the nose
❖ Cotton yarn (Iris) – black, to do muzzle sculpting
❖ Crochet hook: 1.3-mm crochet hook (for Alize Real 40 yarn) and 3-mm crochet hook (for YarnArt Samba yarn)
❖ Velcro tape to brush the toy (I usually buy several meters of Velcro tape and then cut out a small piece of a suitable size to brush the toy)

❖ Olki dry pastel (or any other tinting materials)
