NOTE:

There’s probably a mistake in the final part of the pattern, or at least in the english translation. Instead of increasing (cast on 1 new st as said in the pattern) you should likely decrease. The pictured dress is made with increases and the neckline doesn’t fit properly, as shown in the side detail picture.
