Next row (RS): cast off 3(4, 4, 4, 5) sts, pattern until there are 16(17, 17, 17, 19, 20)sts on right needle and turn, leaving rem sts on a holder.
Work each side of neck separately.
Next row (WS): K1, P2 tog, patt to end.
Next row: Cast off 4 (4, 4, 5, 5) sts, pattern to last 3 sts, k2 tog, k1.
Repeat last 2 rows once more 4(5, 5, 5, 6) sts rem
Next row (WS): K1, patt to end
