This hat and scarf knit up in fingering weight yarn. Hat is knitted as one piece in the round, and has no seams. Scarf is also one piece, done on US size 2 needles, with no fringe and uses a traveling stitch pattern, which makes the scarf reversible. It does not use an entire skein of yarn, and is therefore a great way to use up leftovers from baby projects.

Beanie and scarf are made to fit American Girl, Madame Alexander, Fibercraft dolls, Springfield, Our Generation, Journey Girls, Lizzi,and others of a simiilar size and build, or head circumference of 11-1/2” to 12”.
