This very versatile pair of leggin’s can be worn with a dress, or a long sweater. You could make them in self striping sock yarn, or a solid color as shown. It only takes one ball of yarn, baby or fingering weight, and US size 3 double pointed needles.
A truly fun and economical way to try the beautiful sock yarns now available.

This knitting pattern is for doll leggin’s. Basic knitting knowledge is needed. Done in the round on 4 needles, it is a simple pattern to follow. It only uses knit and purl. The directions include grafting of 8 sts between the leggin’s.

you will also need a yarn needle to finish the waist, and 10” of 1/2” elastic. Safety pins will be great for stitch holders.

Fits American Girl, Fibercraft, Madame Alexander and other 18” dolls.
