Here is yet another in the series of sweaters for 18” dolls. It is done on US size 8 needles and uses a 16” circular needle for the body, and double pointed needles for the sleeves and neck..
This pattern features written directions and an easy to read chart as well.

Needles: US size 8-one 16” circular needle,
US size 8- set of double pointed needles
Yarn: worsted weight-one skein is quite sufficient in most yarns.
(You will not need the entire skein.)

Front and back are knitted as one piece up to the armholes then back and forth to the shoulders, and only need shoulder seams sewn. Sleeves are knit onto the sweater and have no seams. Collar is also picked up from the neckline and knit right onto the sweater.

Sweater will fit American Girl, Madame Alexander, Fibercraft dolls, Springfield, Lizzi,and others of a simiilar size and build.
