This is a fun to knit pattern that goes together very quickly, with US size 9 needles, and worsted weight variegated yarn.

Button front uses 5-(1/2” or 5/8”) buttons.

Front and back are knitted in one piece to the armholes. Shoulders are seamed.

Cap sleeves are knit flat, and seamed and added into the armholes.

Collar is knit onto the sweater, pockets are knit separate, and then sewn onto the lower front.

This knit pattern is for a doll sweater. Basic knit knowledge is needed. Pattern uses knit, purl, bind off, cast on, ssk, and make 1. Directions include how to instructions.
It is a very simple pattern to follow. Fits American Girl, Fiber-craft, Springfield, Madame Alexander, Our Generation, Journey Girls and other similar sized 18” dolls.
