Panels of lace, stockinette and basketweave band together to create Kim Kotary’s charm of a skirt.  Stitched in Koigu Wool Designs KPM, it’s accented with crocheted edges, embroidered daisies and artfully woven in ribbon.

28 stitches =5 inches over allover lace pattern using size 3 needles
