This little table top basket is great for using up left over stash yarns. I worked mine with 3 strands of worsted weight yarn held together because I wanted to create my own color way. You can easily substitute super chunky yarn (6) in it’s place. Or chunky yarn (5) with some slightly smaller results.

With 3 strands of yarn held together, my basket came out to be 4” high x 6” across. The pattern includes some notes on how to up size or down size you basket. Which can easily be done as long as you have a good understanding on the basics of crocheting in the round.

With 3 strands of color, I used approximately 1 ounce of yarn per color. I crochet a rather tightly, so you may need a bit more if you crochet loosely or wish to make the basket larger.

Gauge is not important for this project.
