The 10 Cheerful Chicks are great fun to make and will utilise lots of short lengths of brightly coloured yarn. Give them all a different facial expressions (instructions in the pattern). There are 6 stand-alone chicks that will look perfect in an Easter display or make them as children’s toys. The 4 egg cosies can be used throughout the year and children will love to find a chocolate egg under their cosy at Easter.

NEEDLES: All knitting is done on straight needles 3.25mm (US size 3).

YARN: DK (double knitting) yarn. (USA - light-worsted/Australia - 8 ply).
