This scarf was an art piece created by volunteers who took part in the 1,000 Knitters Project.

The scarf was cast on by Knitter 0001 and was bound off by Knitter 1000. As each knitter worked on the scarf, s/he was photographed by knitter/photographer Franklin Habit.
