Standard-fitting jacket worked in a mesh pattern with woven vertical crochet chains. Sized for Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large and shown in size small on page 44.

The gauge for the mesh pattern stitch and schematic measurements reflect the finished crochet pieces, before weaving for the plaid. After weaving, the pattern pieces will be compressed, as reflected in the finished measurements.

Using photo as inspiration, choose colors from different sections of the ball for vertical chains to create plaid effect.

Body of jacket is worked from lower back to lower front edges.
