Approximate finished size 2.5 cm/1-inch by 4 cm/1½-inches

The traycloth is worked in rows and then the edging is worked around all four sides and joined.

If you wish to make this in colour then good quality cotton sewing thread can be substituted for size 100 crochet cotton.
