Size 36-38 is accomplished by increasing needle size; main gauge for 36-38 is 12st and 16r to 4”/10cm in stockinette on size 13US/9mm using one strand of each yarn held together.
Knitted measurements:
Bust at underarm: 46 (52.5)“/ 115 (131)cm
Length: 34 (36)”/85.5 (91)cm
Sleeve width at upper arm: 20 (23)“/50 (58)cm
From Vogue Knitting, Fall/Winter 1986:
“Spectacular shawl collaring for a cardigan with a lavish lattice cabling. Margaret Bruzelius designs it with two yarns, a mohair blend and a pure wool, creating a warm lushness.”
