I’m super excited to invite you to the sixth annual Bauble Along! We will be celebrating our love of baubles from November 12 through January 6th. Sign up here!

12 Sparkly Days of Baubles Part 1 features four quick and fun bauble cozies perfect for gifting or decorating your own tree. Designed especially for Marianated Yarns’ Glitterati base, these cozy ornaments offer a variety of techniques to keep things interesting and fun as you knit them.
(No Glitterati in your stash? No problem -- my test knitters used a variety of fingering weigh yarns with good results.)
Day 1 is a simple textured cozy, designed to be your swatch project. For best results, it should be worked first. If you find that the row or stitch gauge is off, or you do not like the fabric that is produced, adjust your needle size to knit the remaining bauble covers.
Day 2 features a stranded motif of glittering diamonds.
Day 3 has a mock cable that is easier to knit than it looks.
Day 4’s lace motif will keep your attention while knitting, and be an eye-catcher on the tree, too.

These bauble covers are designed to fit a 2.63” / 67 mm plastic ornament.

For a few rounds, you will be creating your stitches with the plastic bauble nestled inside the knitted fabric. For your safety, please do not use a glass ornament to create this project!
