MATERIALS AND TOOLS
✓ Yarn
- beige color for the main parts – I used 50 g of «Mohair Delicate» by Nako (40% mohair, 60% acrylic, 500m/100g).
- pink color for the nose – I used 1 m of «Mohair Delicate by Nako (40% mohair, 60% acrylic, 500m/100g).
- white color for the whites of the eyes – I used 5 m of «Mohair Delicate» by Nako (40% mohair, 60% acrylic, 500m/100g). Tip: You can use any yarn (wool, acrylic, etc). The thicker the yarn, the bigger your toy will be. Make sure all yarns crochet to the same gauge. You can buy this yarn as a set here https://www.etsy.com/ru/shop/LittleOwlsHutRUSSIAN ✓ Matching crochet hook. I used 1.75 mm steel crochet hook. ✓ A pair of ready-made eyes – I used 15-16 mm in diameter. ✓ Single core copper PVC electrical wire – I used wire approximately 170 cm/67 inches long 1.0 mm in diameter. ✓ Fishing line for whiskers ✓ Tapestry needle ✓ Transparent glue ✓ Stuffing ✓ Pliers ✓ Adhesive fabric tape approximately 1 cm wide to work up the wire ends ✓ Tinting (optional) – any material you like (acrylic fabric paint, oil pastels, oil paints).
