The lower edge of the hat is folded under to create a band
instead of ribbing. The hat has a circumference of 19-20”
depending on the tightness of the Fair Isle. If a smaller hat is
desired, use size 6 needles but keep the same stitch count.

1 skein each Shepherd’s Wool worsted
in colors Royal Blue (main color) and Lime (contrasting color)
US size 7, 16” circular needles and dpn’s, or magic loop length
