This sock features alternating diagonal lines of eyelets and cables. Two-stitch cables are used instead of the three-stitch cables found most commonly in circular sock machine patterns.

This pattern is written for a circular sock machine. There are instructions for making this sock on a 72-, 60- and 54-needle cylinder. The corresponding ribber (36, 30 or 27) is required.

Gauge and yardage requirements will vary with the size of cylinder you choose, the tension setting on your machine and how many rows you crank.
