For standard gauge double bed knitting machine or machine with ribber

Pattern calls for:

• 4.5 oz fine cotton yarn
• 10 buttons

Test square - 100st = 15.25” 100r = 4.25”

Passap Pinky: pattern D2.5

Needle setup is (2 ndl in work, 1 out of work) with every third pusher in work. Pay attention to the edge needles as shown in the diagram. The knitting sequence is: back and front lock - 6 rows AX, rack 1 ndl left, 1 row N rack 1 ndl right, 3 rows N. Repeat.

Button bands are called ‘straps’ in this pattern.
