Instructions for a reborn or baby Christmas romper set in DK yarn. The set comprises of a romper, beanie hat and bootees. It can be knitted in these colours as a Christmas outfit, or it can be done in lovely girly colours so its also suitable for summer time.

15-16” or 37.5-40cm Height (Approx 5lb Prem) Size

100g dk yarn in main colour A, 100g in contrast colour B, 50g in colour C, 50g in colour D, 4m knitting in lace, 1m satin ribbon, embellishments of your choice, 9 buttons, 4 x stitch holders, 2 x pr 2.75mm needles making a tension of 30sts and 38 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

16-17” or 40-42.5cm Height (Approx 6lb Prem) Size

100g dk yarn in main colour A, 100g in contrast colour B, 50g in colour C, 50g in colour D, 4m knitting in lace, 1m satin ribbon, embellishments of your choice, 9 buttons, 4 x stitch holders, 2 x pr 3.25mm needles making a tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

18-19” pr 45-47.5cm Height (Approx 8lb Newborn) Size

100g dk yarn in main colour A, 100g in contrast colour B, 50g in colour C, 50g in colour D, 4m knitting in lace, 1m satin ribbon, embellishments of your choice, 9 buttons, 4 x stitch holders, 2 x pr 3.75mm needles or dk yarn and 3.25mm needles making a tension of 26sts and 34 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

20-21” or 50-52.5cm Height (Approx 10lb Newborn) Size

100g dk yarn in main colour A, 100g in contrast colour B, 50g in colour C, 50g in colour D, 4m knitting in lace, 1m satin ribbon, embellishments of your choice, 9 buttons, 4 x stitch holders, 2 x pr 3.75mm needles making a tension of 24sts and 32 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

22” or 55cm Height (0-3 Months) Size

100g dk yarn in main colour A, 100g in contrast colour B, 50g in colour C, 50g in colour D, 4m knitting in lace, 1m satin ribbon, embellishments of your choice, 9 buttons, 4 x stitch holders, 2 x pr 4mm needles making a tension of 22sts and 28 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch.

This pattern has been designed by myself so it is in UK terminology. It does not follow the usual ‘shop bought’ format. There are 5 printed pages with clear and easy to follow instructions. All my patterns are tested by independent knitters before they are released, so every effort is made so that they come to you error free.
