#164 Night and Day Eternity Scarf
Contrasting textures is one of the many things that make for interesting knitwear designs. This infinity scarf is all about that and will add a heavy dose of modern style to your wardrobe.
Lush, dense brioche ribbing is unexpectantly matched with a unique, textured lace stitch pattern. A little bit of the brioche ribbing is mixed into the lace pattern to tie the disparate stitch patterns together.
Begin with the more complicated (but not difficult!) lace pattern when you have time to pay attention to your rows, then the second half will be a breeze of easy (farily mindless, great to TV time!) brioche ribbing.
This scarf is knit in a nice merino wool blend with enough loft to give the scarf some structure, plus wonderful stitch definition and softness. IMHO, a perfect project with perfect results!
