Materials required: one pair 1.25 mm knitting needles; 15 to 20 metres each of two colours No 10 crochet cotton

Approximate finished sizes
Both skirts 6.5 cm/2½-inches across hips. Waist to hem: Long skirt - 10 cm/4-inches; Mini skirt - 6.5 cm/2½-inches

Gauge - worked over stocking stitch: 8 rows = 1 cm and 8 stitches = 1 cm
