Notes:
Leave 8-12” tails throughout to use for sewing or for closing up tiny imperfections.

Skirt: Cast on loosely but work ribbing snuggly so garment fits doll properly.
Poms - if you don’t want to make them yourself, buy some of the prepackaged kind
Top: Make sure little fingers can open the snaps you get. If you’re a purist, work buttonholes instead.
