Subtle “heartbeat” chevrons embellish the ombré stripes that span a soft rectangular wrap. Two Merino Mia Gradient Packs from Prism—each featuring eight skeins hand-dyed in graduated shades—are combined to create the vivid interplay of taupe and marsala. Worked crosswise, the pattern is knit with intermittent increases and decreases, while the wrong-side row is simply purled. Wide garter-stitch borders are knit in to form clean edges. (You can make a cowl with the leftover yarn from this project)
