Mod and merry, van Dillen’s tunic cape wears its deconstruction well. The exposed center and side seams result when the four stockinette pieces (two for each side) are sewn together. The custom fabric is created with one strand of “Portland Tweed” and one strand of “Giselle” by Classic Elite Yarns held together.
