Beanie made with garter and stockinette easy to do for adults
Uses 1 skein and three buttons Med size

Cast on 25 st on no 8 needle
Garter stitch as long as circumference of your head adding 1 inch
Bind off 25 st and tie in 1 inch for future buttons. Do not cut yarn.

On side pick up 80 st. With no 7 round 16” needle
Knit 8 rounds and start decreasing . Next rnd 3 knit -1 dec st
Repeat 1 knit round and next rnd decreasing .
You will end up with less stitches so use dbl pointed needles no 7
Close with a needle last rem 10 st.

Sew with knitting needle the three buttons Med size.
