1930 Boudior Cushion
Requires double pointed or circular needles.
This pattern was originally produced in 1930.
Monarch Dove wool is thought to be very close to Monarch Andulasian.
Monarch Andulasian is described as “Feather-soft fine quality 4-ply yarn, best for baby garments”. One of my Monarch books dated 1946 advertises Monarch Swan as “A New Monarch Yarn” that “knits to same directions as Monarch Andulasian”, and is described as a “3-ply fine quality scotch fingering for diamond socks, children’s wear and ladies’ wear”.
Andulasian was available in 1 ounce balls and was 100% wool.
