Passap machine knitting instructions for a child’s dungarees knit in stocking stitch. The bands are knit in 1:1 rib, the belt in K/K following the diagram.

Materials:

  • 13 ozs “medium pure wool, (England 4-ply)” (375m per 100g)
  • 40 cm zip
  • 1 buckle

Test square
In stocking stitch: 100 sts = 34 cm, 100 rows = 24 cm

Knitting Machines
The stitch sizes given in this model book are for the earlier “Pinkie” Passap. Add an extra half stitch size for the appropriate stitch size for the later DM80 and E6000 machines.

By following the schematic, this pattern can be adapted for use in other standard gauge knitting machines.
