1986 Cowl
I designed this cowl for my twin sister, Mariko (can you guess what year we were born?). I used inspiration from southwest color schemes, and indigenous textile designs to create this pattern. The cowl is knit in the round, with a provisional cast-on and is grafted closed with the Kitchener stitch. It can be made to be any length or width, by repeating the chart. The size shown is the short version, and it can be doubled to make a long version.
