This pattern makes a Hartebeest amigurumi with only two colours of yarn. It is about 10 inches tall when sitting, including its horns.

You will need:

• two colours of DK yarn, about 50g/150m of each (pictured as dark and light grey in the pattern)
• a 3.5mm hook
• stuffing
• stitch markers or yarn scraps for marking
• pins
• scissors
• a darning needle

I consider this an intermediate pattern.
This pattern uses short rounds in the horns and an i-cord tail, and the pattern explains these. Surface slip stitches are also used.
