With this pattern, you can make my adorable alien… IN ANY COLOR YOU WANT!

I would call this a normal/intermediate pattern. You crochet the eyes together, and the pattern has lots of photos to explain how to do this, but you should know basic crochet techniques.

To make this alien, you will need:
50 yards of white yarn, and less than a skein of the color of your choice body
a 4.00 mm crochet hook, or size 6
10” of black yarn (to embroider the eye, or use a pair of 12.00 plastic craft eyes)
hypoallergenic polyester fiber-fill (or poly-fill)
A darning needle

Stitches you need to know:
Single Crochet (abbreviated SC)
increasing (abbreviated SC 2 IN NEXT ST)
Decreasing (abbreviated DEC)
Double Crochet (abbreviated DC)
Chain stitch (abbreviated CH)
