This sock is similar to the #1 Basic Cable Sock in the book, but features groupings of three cables running down the sock.

This pattern is written for a circular sock machine. There are instructions for making this sock on a 72-, 60- and 54-needle cylinder. The corresponding ribber (36, 30 or 27) is required.

Gauge and yardage requirements will vary with the size of cylinder you choose, the tension setting on your machine and how many rows you crank.
