Works bottom up, then seamed at the sides and shoulders.
Back section can be seamed up the back for an interesting
pattern stitch,
or details given for making one solid piece,
similar to the front side.
See the photo of the back with a seam in the center.
(Seaming on the sides of the panels, with garter stitch makes it easy to have an invisible seam.)
