PULL ON SKIRT, OR WRAP AROUND.
Pull on has a center back seam.

(If you are very experienced at knitting,
it could be worked in circular method,
BUT,
the instructions are for flat knit,
so you would need to know how to
adapt the rows,
as instructions provide back and forth
method.)

This would be an intermediate pattern.

Worked flat, but circular needles are required to fit all the
stitches on.

Can be worked in 4 mm for a tight texture, or
6 mm for a looser, more flexible texture.
