Passap machine knitting instructions for a striped swimsuit. The swimsuit is knit sideways with short rows to provide waist shaping plus a clever solution for the bust cups. A neckband, legbands and straps are knit separately and attached at the end. Optionally, elastic can be inserted in the straps

The pattern calls for 170g “synthetic bouclé yarn” (370m per 100g): 80g yellow, 50g red and 40g black, as well as narrow elastic.

Test square in stocking stitch: 100 sts=34cm, 100 rows=20.5cm

The stitch sizes given in this model book are for the earlier “Pinkie” Passap. Add an extra half stitch size to get the appropriate stitch size for the later DM80 and E6000 machines.

The pattern pictured on p1 of the model book (p2 of the pdf), the instructions are on p9 of the instruction book (p28 of the pdf).
