This cabled pattern only looks complicated. It was designed for an Advanced Beginner class and is the perfect project for a knitter’s second project or a knitter who is new to cables. This fun pattern incorporates stitch and row combinations in twos, fours, and sixes, but requires only one skein of worsted weight yarn!

When choosing a yarn for this project, choose a solid or semi-solid color yarn. The colors of a variegated yarn may detract from the cable pattern.
