Pattern description from Vogue Knitting, Holiday 2007:
“Unconventional construction is a Scott calling card. This relaxed shoulder wrap, worked horizontally in a ridge pattern with Classic Elite Yarns’ ‘Allure,’ utilizes a provisional cast-on whose open stitches are joined to the final row with Kitchener stitch. The raised vertical lines are created with slip-stitch crochet; fringe is woven into either side of the center panel.”
“Wrap with purl stitch ridges, crocheted vertical lines and fringe embellishments. Designed by Tom Scott. Sized for X-Small, Small, Medium, Large and shown in size X-Small of page 87.”

- Finished width 37 (40, 43, 46)“/94 (101.5, 109, 117)cm
- Length (after crochet lines) 21”/53.5cm
Materials:
- 5 (6, 6, 7) 1¾oz/50g balls (each approx 100yd/91m) of Classic Elite Yarns Allure (extrafine merino/angora/cashmere) in #10295 oatmeal
- One pair size 10½ (6.5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
- Size J-10 (6mm) crochet hook and waste yarn
