This scarf is a climate stripe for Oxford, UK for the years 1771 to 2020. It is 250 rows in different shades of red and blue, comparing them to the pre-industrial average temperature, which is to say, the temperature before the industrial revolution and human-caused global climate change.

There are four “Blue” shades and six “Red” shades, either side of the white average temperature, clearly showing temperatures have increased. Yardage requirements are:
