A variegated yarn alternates with a (nearly) solid to create the dimensional stripes on this retro fringed shawl-style top. The coy cap sleeves are picked up and worked in short rows from the top of the sleeve down.

This pattern uses 4(5) hanks in periwinkle and 2(3) hanks in river.
