Pattern description:
This pattern provides instructions for Matinee coat, Bonnet, Bootees, Mitts and Pram cover, knitted in King Cole 4ply and DK yarn.

Gauge:
4 ply tension:
38 stitches and 36 rows to 10cm (4“) over pattern using 3.25mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.

DK tension:
28 stitches and 30 rows to 10cm (4“) over pattern using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.

Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(Prem: 31cm/ 12”), (New Born: 36cm/ 14”), (3 Months: 41cm/ 16”), (6 Months: 46cm/ 18”).

Bonnet - Width round face (approximately):
(Size 1: 23.5cm/ 9.25”), (Size 2: 26cm/ 10.25”), (Size 3: 31.5cm/ 12.5”), (Size 4: 34.5cm/ 13.5”).

Pram Cover - Excluding Edging and Fringe (approximately):
(Size 1: 57 x 77.5cm/ 22.5 x 30.5”).

Bonnet, Bootees and Mitts:
(Size 1: 1 balls yarn), (Size 2: 1 balls yarn), (Size 3: 1 balls yarn), (Size 4: 1 balls yarn).

Pram cover:
(Size 1: 3 balls yarn).

You will need 3 buttons for Matinee Coat, Ribbon for Bonnet, Bootees and Mitts.
For the Pram Cover you will require a 4mm Crochet Hook.
